Yep, just read the press release on why Pyrogenesis bought AST... and you will understand the market potential in the next 2 years!  here a part of it! The North American biogas market is vastly under-utilized when compared to other parts of the world; there are under 2,500 sites producing biogas in North America as compared to over 10,000 sites in Europe.3 According to the ...more

I dont but it. Simply Wall Street is just an algorithm that spews out "copy paste" info without going deep into the analysis. This stock has fallen real hard. Still room to fall before I pick up more.

I hate to say it because I really like this company but I'm inclined to agree. Mildly concerned that the backlog isn't growing as fast as they are converting to revenue, but that's part of the risks involved with GRN is that the contracts can be lumpy and big when they do drop. Trading at 5x sales and if it goes another month or two without any big contracts it could ...more

I, unfortunately, think you're spot on. The business is going to be lumpy but large multiyear contract wins will help to smooth them out a bit. The one line in the NR that sticks out is "Year to date in 2021, we’ve been winning contracts across multiple geographies and technologies, have announced $6.2 million in new contracts in the first month of Q2, and see the potential for further ...more

I appreciate the measured response. I realize negative sentiment isn't what people want to hear and I would describe myself as neutral on grn at this point (it's clearly on my watch list). Plus I mean if you're not looking at the way things could go wrong you're exposing yourself to all sorts of risk. Last year they only announced 1 contract before the end of June and iirc the ...more

Appreciate the points.. however regarding the competition in the industry and the possibility of being under bid given the Ceo's statement on target margins, it must be remembered that GRN is by far the leader in the technologies that are currently available in biogas upgrading systems.. their multiple core technologies which can be used in numerous scenarios gives them a significant edge over ...more

There are some DD points related to these comments that are a cause of concern for me that I don't currently have the answers to. It may be possible to research them but even writing this is just me procrastinating from what I should be doing lol. To the first point, the CEO claims that GRN is the leader in installed capacity which is also the metric they use when illustrating market share ...more
