Analyst Q&A?

The market evidently hasn't warmed to the Brazil announcement. 

I'm looking forward to a Q1 conference call, which presumably will attract some good questions from analysts to tease out the missing details of the Brazil announcement. Based on last year's timeline, I would expect a Q1 release announcement in the next 2 weeks.

I expect analysts will (correctly) pepper management with questions about ZEG, but I am equally curious about why it seems the signing of new system contracts—ZEG notwithstanding—has slowed in recent months. Could it be that their sales efforts are now disproportionately focused on the Brazil situation?

In addition, it would be interesting to hear management quantify the impact the Airdep acquisition is having on sales and, perhaps more importantly, on margins.

Any other ideas for questions at the upcoming con call?

IMO, there are a couple of questions regarding the ZEG/Greenlane agreement that should be asked..first, the details of the royalty system have not been disclosed...can it be assumed that Greenlane will receive a percentage of the revenue generated by the sale of ZEG's RNG systems or the RNG produced by those systems and if so, what would be the percentage that Greenlane will receive ...more
