A dollar a day brings the doctor a calling
I'm quite suprised at the beaitng Granite is taking. Fortunately, I had decided that the yield had gotten too low and have been selling our position in chunks starting at $101.22. We've been putitng the proceeds into additional shares of many of our existing holdings. So far we've managed to sell 90% of our GRT. The net result has been an increase in annual dividend income of over $2800.
I can't see any reason why GRT is getitng hammered. Anyway have any ideas?
Ciao

Definitely getting hit harder than DIR AND SMU - I'm guessing a lot has to do with overall market. Chart does not look good - hesitant to add more with stock seeing lower highs and lower lows.

Hey Red Thanks for the suggestion but we limit our holdings to only 5 sectors (banks, midstream, utils, telcos, and REITs) and CHE doesn't fit. Also, any yield that high is a red flag to me. Ciao Sarge
