Canadian Ben Graham stocks

Granite reit is one of only 4 Canadian stocks that pass the Ben Graham criteria for investing. It has been modified from its original composition as it is difficult to find companies with 20 years of uninterrupted dividends. I have reduced it to 5 years of positive dividends with a positive growth rate. In addition, I've used only 5 years of positive eps growth of at least 3%.

1) price to earnings less 15
2) price to book less than 1.5
3) current ratio greater than 2
4) positive earnings in each of the last 5 years
5) eps growth of at least 3% over last 5 years
6) positive dividend growth over the last 5 years
7) revenue greater than $400 million

You just had to stain it for me! Hopefully you are not a holder of it, may force a sale from me!

Buying quality reits at these valuations is going to work out well.  I would continue to hold and or double down.  DRIPping away nicely for the longer term.
