Could the royalty sale caused lower grade release first!!!

I guess this is a possibility that the less desirable area was released first to "help" negotiate a price on the outstanding royalty.

maybe the high grade longer intercepts has yet to surface.

this does make sense and has been done in the oil industry for sure.

any thought?
