maybe,.. naked shorts are big entities or banks direclty, mostly used to keep Oil, Gold, Silver and other commodites in check. It should be criminal and it is ONLY USED in rigging the prices down.  I don't think they will naked shourt GTE, but they will naked short Oil futures and they are the once destroying commoditi markets while printing fiat currenices in to oblivion.
