Since the consolidation, now takes only a few shares to move the stock down drastically!

Below my .50c USD buy range. But I cannot pull the trigger. Ultra greasy stock... wait for .30cent... or $3usd/share... ? I maintain this will be taken out Ecopetrol but only at the max pain level for the poor saps who hold it...
