NCIB's are set up such that they are NOT SUPPOSSED TO INFLUENCE THE PRICE of a given stock. HOW??? stock buys are limited to small % of the historical daily average and on lighter trading days are limited to a certain percentage of shares bought THAT DAY ..dwdc
