Against The Board of Directors and Guidry...they have a fiduciary duty to us the shareholders and what have they done???this stock was once $70 plus and is now sub $8 ..fail to execute, fail to perform...........WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!!!!!

and now GTE is being saddled by MORE EXPENSIVE 9.5% USD DEBT!!!! see below...as already said, this stock was once $70 plus and is now $8 ..fail to execute, fail to perform...........WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER!!!!!
