Shareholders of Gran Tierra just got burned again from our generous Management!

 

Towards the end of Item 7. What do shareholders have to look forward to? They (13 Energy) are announcing that “We understand that Gran Tierra will be publishing its own webcast in the coming days and we encourage shareholders to join that, to hear the executive from Gran Tierra run through an overview of their assets and plans going forward.”

Well, this is great and all for the current i3 Energy shareholders, I can’t say the same for the Gran Tierra shareholders who currently at a loss of 32% in share price and taken on a ton of debt since the acquisition announcement of in mid August.

I am in agreement with you. Management of GTE has not been kind to their shareholders for a long time. my 300,000 shares will be voting "NO" to send a message at least.

I don't have quite the number of shares as you do Hugo1947 partly due to the rollback recently however, I too will be voting NO to the Management voting recommendations. To the new investors here on the board, this/these are the same President/CEO and Board of Directors that overthrew the existing President/CEO and Board of Directors then for self serving, not acting and  bringing value
