Equinox Partners Investment Management LLC Expands Stake in Gran Tierra Energy Inc.

This press release is not so good for the retail investors as Equinox Partners increase their stake, they also will control Gran Tierra and decisions made. I can almost guarantee their decisions are not all in the best interest of the common retail investor.

This is exactly what happened 8 or so years ago, a major activist investment company (I can't remenber the name now) ousted the former President / CEO and Board of Directors and replaced with the current Gerry Guidry.

Of course, they had all the insides and made money hand over fist in the past and maybe now set to gain.
