The realisation this year is that his will take a very very long time to play out. Very long. This is gonna trade in this range for minimum 5 years. The market sees this and absolutely hates it. They had cash bought something in Brazil that the market hated even more. The price action this year is a clear message. This is dead money, for the foreseeable future. The smart investors

Very fair comments MJN. I do hope that GUD finds a way to surprise positively ... but I'm not going to hold my breath. My next big move into GUD will come from gains at ATE ... again ... I don't know if/when that will happen but I do believe in it. My new money will flow into TherapeuticsMD and if I get lucky with gains ... it will flow into GUD as well. A long process, it is.

Samira said it will take 6 months longer in LATAM ref Covid but I think they have to announce something on the BD front. Even potentials partners would like positive news for LATAM.

Agreed. Some projects have stalled while others contiinue - just no real details provided. Acquisition program unaffected by LATAM roll-in delay - don't know what that means. When is the next quarterly update?  Not until mid-February?  Hoping for something before then.

Goodman sees value and he sees opportunity, especially in the geographical network he's building.  There is a lot of integration work but tell me you don't see the future value in it? A promotional positive narrative for MNGT that you would like to present needs to be backed up by positive financial  facts if not it the narrative is irrational or it may have a hidden a motive. Again, What are GBT earning/profit. and does it justify a 400 Million dollar purchase  price?

Benny, I not wasting my time searching numbers for you. You look at sales and you ask management for expected sales. What I'm saying is ... you need something to keep you busy while you wait ... as you will be waiting. Management moves that their pace - not yours. : )

on a minimum 10% return on $400 Million GBT should earn $40 Millions and growing. Investors want growth not the other way around. Latam was a mess not to touch period. Now whit covid-19 it is a disaster. All pharma dealing with old drugs and generics are getting slathered as the expectation of leading-edge drugs are on the horizon. Why GUD bought GBT is a mystery and thus far a disastrous MNGT

Prior to COVID, wasn't GBT's revenue around $20M CAD per month or $240M CAD annually? Wasn't EBITDA around $20M? And earnings around $10M? I sort of remember the 2019 numbers looking like that. Am I mistaken? Where did the $400M with $40M earnings come from - and - over what time period do you expect that? -------- There's an awful lot of "failure" being screamed
