If you learned anything to date ... you know they don't do anything for short-term gain.

The share price only helps answer the following questions ...
1.  Are we buying back for cancellation ?
2.  Are we interested in going to market for cash ?

Doesn't get much simpler than that.

What a joke, Mugsy has been buying for eight Yers. On simple math mugsy has not made a single dime. Proping up has not worked and cheering for eight cents while down 50%  shows how astute of an investor Mr bank rupt mugsy is. Hmmm "It guides them to the next move" The last moves are when GUD overpaid for GBT and Excelon.  No wonder GUD is stuck and being protected by MNGT buy back so it does not crash below $5 as institutional investor must sell and cause a share price Armageddon.
