How additional assets will be acquired ...

We have some cash and we could take on some short-term debt (depending on the size of the opportunity/s).

Then I see a secondary step that would convert the debt to equity in the future - once the share price reaches an acceptable level to actually put the self prospectus into play.  That would likely take debt to zero.

Until then ... we continue to go after smaller opportunities that don't hurt the cash much and allow cashflow to fill our cup - still allowing us to buy back shares wile we're in the $5-6 range.

My view is that there is a ton of liquidity available for them to deploy though the combination of: Investments that are maturing (funds & debt) that should free up $190+ million over the next few years; Operating cash flow being generated; and Debt... the company is debt free and could use the shelf prospectus to borrow for the sake of borrowing; OR, borrow with the intention of

Geographically, the opportunities are much greater if you are futher scouring LATAM for opportunities.  Canadian dollar can go far in LATAM.  Goodman has been notorious for picking up a few small assets in acquisitions that come with years of losses that we can use against our future profits - especially if he gets those losses for close to free.  Will see what Samira does.
