What happens when investors loser rationalize together?

They contine to lose fortune and never recor such GUD case in point. Ten years later is a longtime and they no longer ask the hard question how will I retire. GUD market cap is half the the cash they had nine years ago and most of the business in LATAM argentina just anounced 18% devalutions of their pesos. In the black market the devalution is 40%. Do I need to go on. Sadly bad investor will not sell and take losses becasue they do not have capital gains to offset the capital losses case in point the mighty Mr Micky Mugsy allong with followers and alieses.
