Madison has held shares of GVC since 2017 but have added nearly 50 million shares to date in 2021. It is unique holding company in a sense, reshaping the operations of companies towards best value maximization endpoints. So, one way or another, this will be a great investment. The way I see it here is that there are 3 choices going forward.. 1......Going Private Buyout 2.....Unlocking value by Spin outs 3... the status quo and giving the share price good exposure about its new revenues and cash streams. I suppose a larger cash dividend might be a 4th but I dont view that as a capital driver Either way, lots
