I bought a small position a few weeks ago based in part on Kuppy's idea about media companies. I'm thinking about adding some more now that there should be a floor in place with the NCIB. There seems to be all kinds of value to be unlocked here, and the insider buying just adds to the bullish case. One thing that concerns me though is the 60 mil contingency for possible taxes due to CRA

Thanks for the analysis. Regardless of the outcome, it would be good to get this lawsuit resolved and remove the overhang. And yes, it would be absolutely huge to come out of this with a win and get that 20 plus million back!
