That's the auto buyback working. They buy through CIBC 079 and report cancellations quarterly. garanteed renewal next year if the share price holds down here.

Right. I suspected it was the NCIB. The only thing that made me question my suspicion was companies will often report the purchases on a regular Insider basis, then as per the TSX Regs report the cancellation of those shares separately 10 days after the month in which the securities were purchased.

Excerpt from Q2 FINS; "...Between April 4, 2022, and June 30, 2022, the Company repurchased 330,600 common shares. Between June 30, 2022 and August 11, 2022 the Company repurchased 176,714 common shares."
