CEO ownership needs to increase

Looks like our incoming CEO, Mark Melville owns 88,000 shares of GVC. We need our leadership at GVC owning more shares than my 18 year old daughter. $17,000 of shares is not near enough skin in the game.

Yes, I had noticed that paltry amount of equity ownership.  He has a $1M+ annual comp package with GVC.  Certainly enough to throw a tiny fraction to give the illusion of confidence in the company.  However, all dispursions aside, he has been right to not commit capital to the shares of the company.  In a perverse way, it's good to know a smart person is now at the helm ...more

On the other hand, Melville's indirect ownership of GVC shares through Madison Ventures is probably substantial and with this routing of the share price is frankly probably still to much for him.  He is fortunate that he can continue collecting the 1M+ comp package making the share devaluation largely moot.
