Buybacks

They start May 9th ( Monday) and they plan on buying up the max (10%) if their NCIB is accepted which I see no reason for it not to be. The removal of 10% of the shares should  lead to a 10% increase in sp logically which is .16 cents.

this is the dumbest stockhouse comment i have read thus far... You can't calculate SP increase by running some numbers... dude...how long have you been in the market for?? a year???

Probably before you were born but I will still answer you. The market cap is based on the number of shares x sp. If you remove 10% of the number of shares "logically" and "it should result" in an equivalent value in gain for the sp all things being equal (meaning the value of the company).  MEANING IF THE MARKETCAP REMAINS THE SAME AND YOU REMOVE SHARES THE REMAINING ...more

No. I said "probably" assuming that you were new to investing since veteran investors would know that marketcap divided by o/s gives you the sp. Anyhow it's all good.  Mas
