Yes I read that paragraph BUT we are not getting a special dividend at the moment. From what I gather, in the future any funds left over will be a special divy. Am I correct or are we getting a special dividend at the moment?

BTW Chef I thought of this after so here goes:
A company is worth $100 and they have 10 shares. Each share is worth $10. What hapens if you remove 1 share (10%)? The value of your shares increase according to the marketcap. I think this explanantion is simpler.

thanks bud....I own Suncor at 12 I know all about share buy backs and how they effect the share price and I own TD and I own BAM.A and so on as you so poignantly brought up...I AM NOT NEW HERE

No need for name calling on here. We all should be on here to possibly learn from each other. Mas we have many of the same stocks and I have read many of your posts over the last year or so. Your opinions are very useful and you seem bright even though we disagree about Sangoma

Thx Candy. Yes ofc np but if you read the sequence of the posts, it's not me. Everybody can have an opinion and sometimes people get heated. Having said this, however, he tried on his last post to inverse the sequence of the conversation and that's where I draw the line. He's now on my ignore pile.

i actually said your comment was dumb...I never called you dumb. my bad for being a d...ick..i am a good guy..stockhouse sometimes makes me crazy lol I do apologize good luck to us all. doing some Due diligence on PetroTal Corp..TAL...operations in Peru so a shady but looks undervalued again sorry for being an as.shole.
