Good Morning,

I hold Gear Energy Shares. If I want to buy more for additiional dividend when must I buy so I am on the shareholders of record.

The $0.02 dividend will be paid on August 31, 2022 to shareholders of record as of close of business on August 15, 2022. The dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for income tax purposes.

Aug 11th is the last day to buy for the Divy. Aug 12th is the ex-divy date and you can sell your shares on that date and still be eligible for the divy.
