I have been waiting for this... For decades... Reminds me of Pierre Trudeau's National Energy Program. How can the Canadian Government enforce this if we get bought out by a U.S. company?

The Liberals have stated a policy position against windfall taxes. Not that they still won't do it regardless. This is where tax losses come into play. Gxe has ~ $2.50 per share in dividends protected by tax losses.

  Good possibility someone will run this over used the FCF from operations to pay for the company .. tax pool just another gravy for them ..
