Feb Update

Good to see Ingram addressing the WTI price, great to see the production increases coming through. Hopefully another production bump in March from the last of the drilling before spring break-up. 

Looks like we wait until June, steady as it goes and we see what WTI does.

For the whole dividend debate, it is not sustainable long-term at the current WTI, but it is if WTI rises and the annual average is above ~$80USD. Disappointing to not be debt free - for me - but it is sustainable for now.

With production up over 6,100 now they are ahead of guidance. They may be able to meet previous guidance of 6,400 this year.

Good update. The collapse in WTI is a fear induced financial event that will be volatile but short lived. Gear still has operations costs and capex to address but in the whole intends to sit tight till summer drilling and reassess. It looks very much like Gear will postpone 2023 capex till summer and keep the dividend in place till the end of 2Q/23. If they suspend capex for the summer and blow ...more
