A 'trading blackout' will accompany a material change like the Strategic Initiative. There is no data that supports your wild speculation that: "they all sold their shares". Keep it real.

Sedi is the source that Canadian insider, stockhouse, and ceo.ca all use to populate their databases. Assuming nobody messes up the files you get the same results. Sedi is frustrating to use, like all govnt or quasi govnt. Ceo is very simple and you can screen out all the option issuance noise.
