RBC is likely Gear's broker
Monday, Wednesday and today an RBC client (or clients) have bought largest blocks of shares from the bid side. Today for example they already purchased 80k shares. If I had to guess these shares are the ones that will be cancelled. It is a good strategy to be this patient as in this case nobody wants the prices to go too high too quick as the price of oil is not where it is to be doing both divs and buyback.
