Divi day tomorrow

Should I buy right away to increase my share count by 0.7% or wait hoping it drops below $0.70 again? Decisions Decisions.

The dividend ($0.005) payable tomorrow (April 30th) was declared on April 1st for shareholders of record on April 15th. In order to be shareholder of record April 15th you had to purchase the shares before April 12th (the ex-dividend date).

Divi day is my favourite day of all. It used to be payday, but I'm retired now. I've never been a fan of a birthday since I turned 21 and could drink anytime, anywhere. This sure looks like it's being accumulated. The long awaited bid is coming right after the ceo switch? That kinda sucks for both of them, but if it's a good price, it's a welcome shift out of neutral. Add your ...more

Not many stocks in my portfolio up today. Something must be up. I doubt it's shorty but , really, I don't really care, as long as it's up. LOL.
