The timing of this thing stinks. Tax loss season, postal strike, and putting shareholders through this utter gong show just before Christmas. I may be off base, but to me this is all by design so the BOD and management can push this theft through and come away with full pockets. Retail is big on GXE so hopefully most of us hang on to our shares and vote no so we can send a strong message to these d-bags.
