Just curious hope this deal does not get through. But in case if does then for newco share price will be 2.00 dollars irrespective to current price of GXE at that time or ccurrent price of GXE stock will change the price of Newco as well?

The Newco price will be the price it trades at once it gets listed. The $2 peice is a vakluation. I expect the Newco shares to trade at a discount in the short term until the first quarterly report is issued.

I like the spin out of the heavy oil assets, with Kevin's experience in light oil ... I think he can double the production in Sk easily. I would like to see the 3rd party evaluation of this sale and the metrics of the deal with our vote . As for the voting terms ... could they have made it anymore complicated??? I do hope they continue a small divy program..

You really should do some DD on Newco's remaining assets. And you expect them to pay a dividend? C'mon man, who are you trying to fool? Yourself?

I can assure you the SK assets can double production easily..  as for a small divy every Q is certainly doable with  luck at the drill bit.  From my research.. Kevin will use cash flow to recycle his dollars hopefully at  4 X.  Time will tell..
