you would think to get new people to buy the new issue at 1.10, the market price would have to be a little higher.  Why buy at 1.10 if you can just buy shares cheaper on the market.  The underwriters are going to have to support the share price till the new shares are bought.  issue closes dec 4th I believe.  after the support is withdrawn........I hope good news will take its place or it"s heading for a buck.

Ummm. That is why GXI did a bought deal financing so the underwriters guaranteed the issue would be bought, even if they got stuck with it. As far as churned volumes, that pipe dream is boring and was discussed on this board months ago. It would have nothing to do with GXI anyway so it is super boring. This must be the first stock you have ever owned because the sp always drops during a financing ...more

no eunice, this is not my first stock. far from it.  the stock price has fallen because of the share dilution that is being created.  the shares are being offered to the general public by way of the propectus in all parts of Canada except Quebec I believe.  Even a over allotment.  Can the target prices be met with these additional shares?    Perhaps that is the ...more

You actually do bore me to tears. That fluffing the stock volumes was pretty lame considering you have zero reason to prove it. Do you think the people buying the offering are not aware of the share count? lol.
