Hello, I'm a holder of Guestlogix debentures and have never before experienced this situation as a bondholder.  Can anyone please advise on the impacts.  Much thanks !

I have similar concerns as a shareholder - what are the range of prospects/possible scenarios we could expect? I've read through the CCAA materials but wasn't able to find anything.

Very hard to say.  I bought this stock because it was trading below book value but if shareholders were misled about the values of the company's assets, there is no way to know if there will be anything left for investors after this is resolved.  If you're a common shareholder, the best thing to do may be to expect zero back and anything more than that is a bonus.  Debenture ...more

I don't know much about these things, but I can see the company going the way of rubicon ventures.  I think a departure from the tsx to the venture exchange is likely.  The company still has value, but it may take time to realize the value back, and it certainly won't be at the levels it was trading at!  If the open jaw technology is sold without the rest of the company ...more
