Sale Price of GXI Onboarding

Does anyone have an analysis of what the sales price has to be in order for common shareholders to recover anything? I've seen a couple numbers thrown around here ($12MM, $20MM, etc.)

The PR says the courts will approve by July 13th the sale. Maybe we will hear more then.
