formula to calculate the value of GXI
OJ was sold 40 m. The rest of GXI has similar revevue of OJ.
(40 m + 15 m cash - 20 m debenture)/134m shares= 0.26
If bouyout, shareholder can expect 20s cents per share

Where did you get the revenue figure? Is that actually revenue coming in or just what they say will come in ? Bearing in mind their ability to deliver...

The court date for the sale is July 13th. We should hear how are shares will be treated and what they are worth on July 14th after the court date. Let's hope we get something good for our shares!
