This is a joke for CMMC shareholders. The price will go up , probably even before the first  vote. No CMMC shareholders will approve this low ball offer. Count on at least $3.75 to $4.00.

dont worry to much CMMC would trade @ 4.20 CAD when HBM hits 11dollars a share !!

Given the bi-lateral support, it is highly doubtful that there will be any further bidders for CMMC. A done deal in my opinion.

The insiders only own a small amount of shares, so retail investors will be voting against this low ball offer.
