I know we have had a little rally the last week here on this stock but I still believe it's under valued should we not be closer $9 or $10 a share any thoughts

I think we should be higher, with the mine in Panama shutting down there now talking deficits.  Goldman Sachs Group Inc. — which has been much more bullish on copper and already forecast a deficit of refined metal for 2024, now sees that shortfall ballooning to more than half-a-million tons. Jefferies Financial Group Inc. also now expects a major deficit next year.
