SAFE Banking Act Vote

quinlashes - you posted that a vote was scheduled today regarding passage of the Safe Bank Act.

You didn't respond to my inquiry as to what time that vote was held - but seeing as how you apparently have access to information that no one else seems to - how did the vote turn out?

If course, passage of the legislation will have a huge impact on US vertically integrated MSOs (but little effect on Canadian or other foreign cannabis LPs)

Thanks!

The SAFE banking act won't do squat for Hexo or any other company. Cannabis is still illegal at the federal level so HEXO will continue to not be able to do anything in the USA.

Absolutely right - but it's all quinlash has. Hexo might ride the coattails of the sector news for a few days, but the share price wil drop back shortly after. The SAFE Act WILL be a huge step and positive for US vertically integrated MSOs - access to normal bank services including debit/credit payments.
