Is a 3rd booster shot needed for Covid?

Today they are talking at the FDA.  Israel's health minister talking now.  I thought the answer would be yes bc they were pushing for this months ago, however, Moderna and Pfizer share price dropping for maybe the answer is NO to a third booster?  Should I buy more HHL? or wait?
