Back in after dip and some research

Listened to the full conference call and did some research into board members. Robert O'Neil started one of the most successful REITs (CHIP REIT) which was sold at a premium years ago. These guys are experienced operators. Their salaries are in-line.

It is hard to gauge the REIT because of the enormous portfolio changes but most other hospitality stocks have greatly recovered in the US, probably this one hasn tbecause it's under the radar and is a dividend payer.

Vaccine is already being rolled out. Why did REITs sell off today?  Don't know but I bougt on the dip.

Target price is $6 within 6-months.

Cheers
