Wondering!

Back in the days of Economy-Lodging, we used to say Q4 & Q1 are the slowest.

Now we are mostly Focused premium branded, select-service hotels in secondary markets - Is that still true?

My second thought, It has been a long time since last PR, I don't recall more than 2 months without a PR ... Makes me wonder, what is cooking?

I forget when the current makeup of hotels they have (~79) first started. But in 2019, the stated occupancy per quarter was 72.4%, 78.3%, 76.5%, and 70.5%. So... if you had actual week to week data and broke it out per week, it'd probably be a 15-20% seasonal difference between peak-valley (judging by occupancy only, only 1 factor).
