Occupancy

Quite the pop in one month :)

So 4th quarter wasn't so 'hot', as I've mentioned before. Using STR data who had an average of 42% occupancy, I'm thinking AHIP's occupancy to be ~50%, or below.

The last 2 weeks have increased considerably. I'm thinking 1Q 2021 will be above 50%. If they simply maintain current occupancy through end of March, they'll be at 52% (again only comparing to STR average). Possibly mid 50%'s.

Probably why they chose not to have any news releases until YE/4thQ meeting, as mid-October to mid-January wasnt great.

Cheers

Sure thing, Commoncents01. We are trading FUTURES though, we are bidding on the potential share price. During Fall/Winter in the Corona era, occupancy of 30% is good enough and could mean future survival in the hotels industry. So, Imagine in the 50 percentile! Cheers
