Pent up Demand
So there is inflationary pressure on the horizon, which is bullish for hotel rates as they rise accordingly in tandem, factor in stimulas response in combination with crazy pent up travel demand, there has to significant vacationers on the horizon.
People in Canada are just chomping at the bit to travel, assuming it has to be the same everywhere else.
In light of how thinly this trades, one or to quarters of substantial sequential revenue growth will give rise to a musical chairs scenario for getting into this position at a more reasonable price.
Seems more logical to take a position prior to this catalyst pushes this higher..
Guessing it will move on thim volume, not sure when but it's coming..
