Pointer, I think Jimmy is simply saying the Americans are months ahead of Canada in their vaccination program. Therefore the population is getting back to the routine of going out, travel and vacation.  Not to mention that corporate USA is starting to travel for business again. Undoubtedly HOT-UN is going to report an increase in bookings over last Qtr and probably an increase in bookings ...more

Pointer, I would agree with you that reestablishing the dividend won't occur until after the economic damage has been repaired.  Q2 and Q3 are typically the strongest financially. My guess Q1 will be show better bookings than Q4. Not sure what to say about timing an entry point -   hopefully (for us long term holders) Thursday morning doesn't turn out to be a bargain day& ...more
