I'd expect the distribution to resume sometime in the spring, barring any more communist style Covid restrictions.

First, we will have to cross another winter of thin ice. I would not be surprised to see us test $4 again and if it cracks we will take a quick dip back into the $3.70's one more time before that div resumes.

Peak summer travel season is over and business travel has yet to bounce back. Also, while the border is open for us Canadiand, we still have to pass a PCR test. Friend of mine did not even thiugh he has absolutely no symptoms and now is stuck in a hotel for 14 days. No airline will let him board a flight and he cannot drive back either. The media does not talk about this part too much.

Let me rephrase my post from earlier since I left out some details. A couple of my friends flew with Delta to the US on an emergency trip for family. Both are fully vaccinated and both had to prove negative with a covid test before leaving which they got from Shoppers Drug Mart. Flying was the only option since, currently, it is not possible to drive over the border, although that is soon to

Either way their problem is now transportation to get back home. Flying is out. Driving is out (they dont have a car, no rental company will allow them to cross, and no 3rd party will take them across). Lastly walking is not possible because the border they are closest to does not permit pedestrian traffic.
