Energy prices to dent domestic travel?

I'm wondering how much hotels will be effected by these crazy gas and diesel prices. What percentage of travellers will opt to stay home until prices come down?

In a normal environment, these high energy prices would dent demand. But, after 2 years of lockdowns and restrictions, the consumer, at least for this season, will opt to pay up for the freedom to travel and enjoy life again on the road.
