Lots of air above for the yield to climb

A blowout quarter that has 2019 levels in the crosshairs. Yet, today's yield remains 72% below what was paid out in 2019. Do the math. I see opportunity, the same way I saw it in 2020-21 when restaurants were hammered. Today my yield on SRV is over 20% with more than a double in capital appreciation.

Add on top today's positive CPI report, a sign the FED is winning the war on inflation which means more discretionary money in the pockets of consumers.

I agree FG. Surpised the stock price didn't get more traction today with the news release. I guess there is still some cautiousness in the markets. This time next year i suspect everything you said will be true ... distributions will be at least double existing and stock price will have recovered to the $5-$6 range. I started buying at $2.25 when you bought into the restaurant play and have ...more

Not surprised there is some animosity with the hardest hit covid victims. Hotels, airlines, cruisers are still well below their pre-pandemic prices. This will be going higher sooner than later and we get paid to wait in the meantime. Sounds cliche but works for me. Patience pays.
