The financial report are coming in, what would call good. The numbers are all up. Their financing rate are good. Occupancy increased; income increased; profits increased. Still the market has taken them down 50% within the last year. What am I missing?

  Sentiment towards REITs right now is so negative that logic doesn't seem to matter. Higher interest rates, an always-on-the-horizon recession, inflation, headlines about new COVID strains, wildfires - you name it - all of these have caused investors to dump and run regardless of the health of companies like HOT.  im still nibbling away trying to get my average cost down
