Mismanaged and misjudged

A 40% payout ratio and yet they are forced to cut to zero. Not their wish but by the beaten up bankers who lend to them. Debt needs to come down, first by the distribution suspension and then through a few asset sales. If rates can ease and travel doesn't go over a cliff we could see the distribution come back within a year. Misjudged my confidence in management here.
