MY OBSERVATIONS.... last week

Mr. Hammond sold off 30,000 stock options @ $43.00 on May 15  .I noticed a block trade Canaccord-------Canaccord   26,000 cross  Good sign that a fund company would put up 1.3 million for stock
One director retiring dumping his RSU units  (29,976  shares ) He also received 10,000 options @6.20
Three other directors received 10,000 options each @ 6.20 as well. So there could have been more
selling pressure on the stock . Probably will be range bound until earnings come out early August  or some company makes an offer . Just my opinion

Bll Hammmond announced earlier in the month that he would sell 30,000 shares. They went to one buyer at no discount to the  share price. He still holds directly and indirectly  4,688,709 shares  so the 30k sale is  .00639% oof his total holdings. For most people that would be a rounding error.

He last sold a little stock in Dec. 2022 and the share price promptly increased over 100% since.  That said, if he needs/wants some cash I'd rather see him borrow against his shares vs. sell but my understanding is he doesn't like debt (which is probably a good thing for hammond shareholders).
