This decision is what is needed to show the Chinese owners that there blatant disregard for Canadian regulations is coming to an end. Here in Alberta the AER is just waking up to the coming Abandonment Disaster due to the transfer of ownership of an enormous number of D13 wells to shady Chinese owned and FINANCED Companies.
