Year end tax selling is almost over. I think 2020 will finally be the year where oil and gas stocks will finally perform. Shale production will underwhelm and with the valuation of the market only O&G displays attractive valuation. We need some good news surrounding the pipeline but hopeful that HSE and others will finally perform. At 0.50 of book value I could go on and on but I'll leave

For every buyer there has to be a seller. Does anybody track block trades? It would be nice to know who's willing to sell at these prices and who is stepping up to see where things go?
